Make an eligible purchase with your code, online or in store, within 20 days of signup for 20% off and two free pillows total. A store visit is not required to receive both pillows. Two free pillows per subscriber total. If you already received the pillow for visiting, an eligible purchase brings your total to two, not three. Your free pillow offer and 20% welcome discount both expire 20 days from signup. The $499 merchandise minimum applies to purchases made with your code, not to the free pillow for visiting. Your signup confirmation and welcome email show your exact expiration date.

20% welcome discount

1. Discount and minimum: 20% off all products when the product subtotal is at least $499 before this discount, tax, shipping and mandatory fees. Those charges do not count toward the product minimum and are not discounted.

2. Eligibility: Email subscribers placing their first LA Mattress order, including existing subscribers with no prior orders. Any prior order makes a customer ineligible, even if unpaid, cancelled, voided or refunded. Shopify excludes test and deleted orders from its order-based segmentation. One redemption per customer. Unsubscribing does not cancel an issued valid code.

3. All products: Every brand and category sold on the website qualifies, including mattresses, bases, foundations, frames, furniture, bedding, accessories and gift-card products if sold. Sale, clearance and floor-model merchandise qualifies at the displayed price. All brands and categories qualify. Mandatory fee line items are charges, not merchandise.

4. No stacking: Cannot combine with other promotional codes, automatic discounts, bundle discounts or price-match adjustments. Displayed sale price is the starting price. Payment method alone does not disqualify an order; provider eligibility is assessed separately against the discounted purchase.

5. Unique code and deadline: Customer-specific code expires 20 days from successful signup. Email displays exact date, time and Pacific Time zone. Repeat signup, retry or resend never resets it. No cash value or retroactive application. Previously issued offers retain their communicated terms.

6. Returns/exchanges: Existing store policies apply. Permitted refunds use the discounted amount paid. No automatic code reissue after use or return. This offer does not create a new return right. Exchanging for a lower-priced mattress does not create a refund of the price difference under the existing exchange policy.
