Adjustable bases replace your existing mattress foundation and let you raise your head and feet independently — for reading, working, watching TV, easing acid reflux and snoring, taking pressure off the lower back, and elevating swollen feet. Most bases on this page include the zero-gravity preset that levels weight distribution across your body.
