All new mattresses we sell include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage length and terms vary by brand and model, details are on each product page.
Covers Manufacturing Defects
Warranties protect you against defects in materials and workmanship, things that fail under normal use due to how the mattress was made.
Register Your Mattress
Many manufacturers recommend registering your product online after purchase to ensure your warranty is active and easy to claim if needed.
Keep Your Receipt
Your purchase receipt is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Store it somewhere safe, or forward it to yourself by email.
Typically Covered
Most manufacturer warranties protect against:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Broken or faulty coils or internal structure
- Foam that cracks, splits, or deteriorates abnormally
- Abnormal sagging beyond the manufacturer threshold
- Defective stitching, handles, or cover materials
- Structural failure under normal household use
Typically Not Covered
Warranties generally do not cover:
- Normal body impressions within the manufacturer threshold
- Changes in comfort preference ("feels too firm now")
- Stains, spills, or liquid damage
- Physical damage, burns, cuts, or tears
- Improper foundation or base support
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs

The single most important step. A waterproof protector prevents stains and moisture, the most common warranty voiders.
