Tempur-Pedic mattress warranty: 10-year limited coverage

The current limited warranty covers eligible new mattresses and flat foundations for 10 years from purchase. It applies to the original purchaser buying through Tempur-Pedic or an authorized retailer. Covered defects may qualify for repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion; transportation costs can apply.

Examples include qualifying material damage and a visible indentation greater than 0.75 inch, subject to proper support and the full terms. Normal softening, comfort preference, misuse and damage from inadequate support are not covered. Mattress floor samples and demonstration models

Do not assume floor samples have the same terms as new mattresses. The current manufacturer's mattress warranty has a separate floor-model section with 10-year coverage, different replacement-cost terms and no cover warranty. Confirm the unit's status and receipt before relying on coverage. See the floor-model provisions in the official warranty.

Tempur-Pedic pillow warranty: 5 years, with 2-year cover coverage

The current pillow limited warranty provides five years of coverage for qualifying defects. A pillow cover, where available, has a separate two-year warranty. Normal softening is not a manufacturing defect; eligibility, care and damage exclusions apply. Use the official pillow warranty to check your purchase.

Tempur-Pedic power-base warranties: parts, labor and frame tiers

For eligible new bases covered by the documents below, coverage is divided into tiers. This is not 25 years of full electrical, parts and labor coverage. Check the model, serial number and purchase date; older models and floor samples can have different terms.

Years 1–3: covered parts and authorized labor, subject to the model's warranty.
Years 4–5: covered parts only; labor and applicable service, shipping or transportation costs are the customer's responsibility.
Years 1–25: limited metal-frame coverage. This does not extend motors, electronics, remotes, upholstery or other excluded components to 25 years.

How to file a Tempur-Pedic warranty claim

Identify the product, model and purchase date. Keep your original purchase receipt.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for photographs and product identification. Mattress claims can require law-tag, defect and support-system photos; base claims require the correct serial number.
Submit the information through Tempur-Pedic's official claim instructions. The manufacturer determines eligibility and the remedy.

Manufacturer warranty versus comfort exchange

A warranty addresses eligible product defects. A comfort exchange addresses mattress comfort under separate retailer terms. Neither automatically qualifies you for the other. Tempur-Pedic warranty questions

Does the mattress warranty cover sagging?

A qualifying indentation can be covered, but measurements, support and exclusions matter. Normal softening alone does not qualify. Check the manufacturer's mattress warranty before filing.

Are pillow covers covered for five years?

No. The current pillow warranty separates five-year pillow coverage from two-year cover coverage, where a cover is available. See the pillow warranty terms.

Does a power base have 25 years of motor coverage?

No. The 25-year tier concerns the limited metal frame, not all components. Find the correct document through Tempur-Pedic's power-base warranty guide.

What if my product was purchased years ago?
