If you're not comfortable after 30 nights, contact your sales rep or visit a store. We'll arrange a one-time exchange for the same size, simple as that.

The 120 Night Comfort Trial
- Sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights first
- Exchange window is open from night 30 through night 120
- One exchange per purchase, choose wisely
- Exchange must be for the same mattress size
- Contact your original sales representative to initiate

Exchange Delivery Fee

What Happens to Your Mattress
Every mattress we exchange is handled responsibly. We donate clean mattresses to local charities, partner with recycling programs, or arrange proper disposal. We are committed to keeping mattresses out of landfills wherever possible.
