Everything you need to know about shopping at LA Mattress Store, returns, exchanges, warranties, financing, delivery, and price-matching. Family-owned since 2012, serving Los Angeles from 5 showrooms (Koreatown, West LA, La Brea, Studio City, Glendale) plus a city-wide delivery operation.
120-Night Love Your Bed Guarantee
Eligible mattresses include one 120-night comfort exchange, not a money-back trial. If your eligible mattress does not feel right after at least 30 nights, you may exchange it once for another available mattress in the same bed size, within 120 nights of delivery. Pay any increase for a higher-priced replacement; no difference is refunded for a lower-priced replacement. One exchange per purchase. Full mechanics at Love Your Bed Guarantee.
Returns & warranty
All sales are final once delivery is complete, but the Love Your Bed Guarantee above covers comfort-fit issues for 120 nights. Manufacturer defects (sagging beyond spec, broken coils, faulty cover stitching) are covered by each mattress brand's warranty, typically 10 years for innerspring/hybrid, 10-25 years for memory foam and latex. Furniture (foundations, bed frames, headboards) carries a separate 1-year manufacturer-defect warranty. Full terms at Returns.
Low Price Guarantee
For an eligible identical mattress at an authorized retailer, we match the lower price and subtract another 10% of the difference. Submit your claim within 30 days of delivery. Applies to identical model + size in new condition; excludes auction sites and unauthorized resellers. Bring the competing ad (online or print) to any showroom or email it to us with your order number. Full terms at Low Price Guarantee.
Delivery
Free white-glove delivery on $499 or more of merchandise after discounts within 50 miles of our Koreatown warehouse. Same-day delivery on request before 4 p.m. Los Angeles time for $100 (subject to truck availability. We run multiple routes daily). Standard delivery includes: setup of the new mattress in your room of choice, removal of your old mattress, and free haul-away (we recycle responsibly. Financing
Synchrony financing is available in every showroom and at checkout. Available financing plans and eligibility are subject to current program terms and credit approval. Ask for the terms, eligibility, costs and any initial payment before you apply. Approval is not guaranteed. Acima lease-to-own is also available; a $10 California processing fee applies. Try before you buy
Display models and sizes vary by location. Contact your preferred showroom before visiting to confirm the exact model is available to try. No appointment needed, stop by any showroom seven days a week and lie down on whichever models interest you. Talk to a sleep consultant or just browse. Sleep consultants are available to help match firmness, material, and brand to your sleep position, body, and budget. Privacy
We collect customer information only to fulfill orders, provide warranty service, and communicate about your purchase. We never sell customer data to third parties. Full terms at Privacy Policy.
