This 18-inch mattress combines Royal Silken Damask, Joma wool, cashmere, horsetail hair, and high-density foam. Two natural Talalay latex layers measure 2 inches and 1 inch. The coil tiers include 1-inch NanoCoils, 2.4-inch Softech encased coils, and 13.75-gauge Portrait support coils. Handcrafted in the USA with 30 hand-tailored tufts and a cotton velvet border. Adjustable-base friendly. Available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King; choose bedding that fits the 18-inch height.
