The Spring Air Tradition Collection Van Gogh Pillow Top Mattress is a pillow-top innerspring mattress built for side and back sleepers. Spring Air builds the original Four Seasons Free Arm pocketed-coil unit in the US, paired with high-density support foam and a quilted comfort top. At 16", it sits in the premium profile range — generous enough for adjustable bases yet still easy to sheet.
A foam-encased perimeter lets you use the full sleep surface — and sit on the edge to dress.

This is Spring Air at its finest: nearly 100 years of engineering applied to the best materials available.
The Van Gogh uses GOTS-certified organic cotton for the cover and GOLS-certified organic latex for the comfort layer, the same certifications found on premium organic mattresses costing $3,000+. Natural wool serves as the fire barrier, replacing chemical flame retardants and fiberglass. The organic latex provides responsive, naturally cool comfort that memory foam cannot match: it bounces back immediately when you move, sleeps cooler through its open-cell structure, and lasts 15-20 years without developing body impressions.
The tri-zone coil construction reinforces support at the center third of the mattress where lumbar pressure concentrates, while keeping shoulder and leg zones more responsive.
