Does my unit already include a bed?
Furnishings vary by unit. Check your lease and the inventory with your owner or agent before ordering a mattress. If you need one, the three models on this page are a starting point and the full collection has more sizes and feels.
Will my mattress and base fit?
Measure the frame, the room, each packaged item and the full route from the Argyle loading dock to your door. A measurement here is a planning aid, not a fit certification; the delivery team confirms the complete route and every packaged item.
How is delivery arranged?
We call after purchase to confirm your delivery date; a requested date is a request, never a confirmed slot. Allow five working days to plan. The building guide routes deliveries through the receiving dock, not the lobby, and the residential concierge confirms your window and current requirements.
Can my old mattress be picked up?
With a local mattress delivery we remove up to the same number of mattress pieces we deliver. Local delivery with setup and old-mattress haul-away is free when your merchandise comes to $499 or more after discounts, and $50 below that, within 50 miles of our Western Avenue warehouse. Same-day delivery can be requested before 4 PM for $100. Confirm timing for your address when you order. Ask for the pickup when you arrange delivery and have the old mattress ready in the unit.
Which returns or exchange terms apply?
The 120-night comfort exchange covers that: after 30 nights, one exchange to another available mattress in the same bed size. There is no exchange fee. Bring the mattress back and pick up the replacement yourself at no charge, or choose pickup and redelivery by our team for $100 total. This is an exchange, not a money-back trial; pay any increase for a higher-priced one, and there is no refund of the difference for a lower-priced one. Confirm eligibility and exclusions for your purchase.
