How should we test a mattress together?
Try your usual positions together. Take turns rolling over and getting up; compare movement, edge feel and ease of turning. Try your shortlist in person.
Queen or King, which fits us?
Queen is typically 60 × 80 inches; King 76 × 80. Compare room, frame, walkways and the amount of space each of you prefers. No size guarantees uninterrupted sleep.
What if we prefer different firmness?
Compare each person's preferences on actual models. A compatible Split King can allow separate mattresses; check the seam, heights, bedding, base and included components.
Does less bounce mean less motion transfer?
They describe different characteristics. Bounce is surface response; motion transfer is movement felt elsewhere. Compare both on the exact mattress, rather than assuming construction labels determine performance.
What does the comfort exchange cover?
One same-size comfort exchange is available after at least 30 nights and within 120 nights of delivery. There is no exchange fee. Bring the mattress back and pick up the replacement yourself at no charge, or choose pickup and redelivery by our team for $100 total. Pay any increase for a higher-priced replacement; there is no refund of the difference for a lower-priced one. Existing exclusions apply. It is not an unconditional refund.
