Mattress sale questions, answered.

Are all sale mattresses floor samples?
No. This collection lists new mattresses at a reduced price, discontinued models and floor samples together. Each card states its condition beside the size you selected; a discontinued model is an older lineup, not necessarily a used one, and a floor sample or clearance listing carries its own terms. See floor model and clearance mattresses.
Which size is the saving for?
Each price and saving is for the size selected at the top of the page; Queen is shown until you choose another size. A saving appears only when that exact size's current price is below its compare-at price, and changing the size updates every price, saving and count. Compare mattress sizes.
Can I combine this with a welcome code?
A welcome code is entered at checkout and applied to the price shown on the listing; nothing on this page applies it automatically. Which products qualify, the minimum and whether it combines with a markdown follow the current welcome-offer terms, which do not allow stacking with other promotional codes or automatic discounts. Read the welcome-offer terms or ask our team before you order.
Do floor samples include a comfort exchange?
Floor/display models are final sale, with no warranty and no trial. Those terms apply to showroom units only: a discontinued model sold new is not a floor sample and follows its own listing's terms, and a clearance listing states its own. An eligible new mattress purchase includes one same-size comfort exchange after at least 30 nights and within 120 nights of delivery. There is no exchange fee. Bring the mattress back and pick up the replacement yourself at no charge, or choose pickup and redelivery by our team for $100 total. Any increase is paid for a higher-priced replacement and no difference is refunded for a lower-priced one. Read the comfort-exchange terms.
What will delivery cost?
Free white-glove delivery and setup at $499+ of merchandise after discounts, $50 below that, within 50 miles of our Koreatown warehouse at 201 S Western Ave. Same-day delivery can be requested before 4 p.m. Los Angeles time for $100. Your delivery options and any charge are confirmed from your address at checkout; a requested date is a request, never a confirmed slot. The California recycling fee is separate, and free pickup is available at all five showrooms. Review delivery options for your address.
